Uses and Use Restrictions

The Scholarship and Fellowship tuition and fee payments are paid directly to the university. Faculty and student stipends, and travel and relocation allowances, are paid directly to individuals. Individuals must be U.S. citizens and employed or enrolled in an accredited U.S. institution of higher learning, e.g. university, college, etc.
