Geriatric Training for Physicians, Dentists and Behavioral/Mental Health Professionals

Examples of Funded Projects

    Grants are made to accredited public or private nonprofit schools of medicine, teaching hospitals, schools of osteopathic medicine and graduate medical education programs for postdoctoral training. The FY 2005 funded programs are with Boston University, Charles Drew University, Duke University, Harvard University, University of Iowa, State University of New York-Downstate, University of California at Los Angeles, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Johns Hopkins University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Rochester, University of San Francisco, and the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Program Accomplishments

    In FY 05, seven (7) non-competing continuations and six (6) new awards were made.
