PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS
        In fiscal year 2005, 6,474 proposals were received and 1,355 competitive awards were made. In fiscal year 2006, approximately 1,355 awards will be made. In fiscal year 2007, approximately 1,450 awards will be made.
