ASSISTANCE CONSIDERATIONS     · Length and Time Phasing of Assistance         Up to 36 months. Funds are released as required and must be expended during the grant period.     · Formula and Matching Requirements         Cost sharing consists of the cash contributions made to the project by the applicant, third parties and other federal agencies, as well as third party in-kind contributions, such as donated services and goods. Cost sharing includes gift money that will be raised to release federal matching funds. Cost sharing is not required.
